Country Financial Controller - Manpower - Hong Kong - Jobs Abroad

Our client is a Hong Kong main board listed company specializing in timber operation; they are now seeking for finance professional to join and lead their team in Suriname.

Responsibilities: ?
? Report to the CFO / Group CFO and responsible for the finance, human resources and admin matters
? Develop and maintain of timely and accurate financial records, spending controls and accounting systems in accordance with the Group practices
? Planning, budgeting and forecasting, preparation and analysis of management information, financial modeling and perform other management accounting activity
? Establish and maintain clear and appropriate process for financial controls and tracking, work request and approval, financial reporting for both internal and external parties
? Ensure effective management of internal controls and effectiveness of all processing
? Lead and ensure the process of annual budget, monthly forecast, monthly variance analysis report which includes P&L, CAPEX and cash flow projections
? Oversee stock management, logistics, supply and procurement processes

Requirements: ?
? Degree holder in Finance or Accounting and member of ACCA / HKICPA / ICAEW / ICAI / ICAS or equivalent professional bodies
? With minimum of 8 to12 years combined relevant experience gained from reputable manufacturing companies
? Previous working experience in listed company is essential
? Solid experience in group consolidation, supervision experience, budgeting and cash flow
? Demonstrates integrity and professionalism managing confidential and sensitive financial and personal information
? Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management
? Proficiency in verbal and written English is essential
? Station in Suriname, South America is required
?
